Spring Progress.

Hola from Villas El Mirador.

We hope you are well.

While most of the world has been put on hold with regards to COVID-19, it has yet to arrive to our area. The beaches and streets are quiet, most restaurants and hotels are closed, but construction of the Villas continues on. We are several weeks ahead of schedule and excited to show you what we’ve been busy building.

The Hilltop Clubhouse is complete and furnished. The pool is full and waiting for you to enjoy the best view in all of Troncones

Villas 1, 2 & 3 are structurally complete (foundation, walls and roofs). We are now working on the walls of Villas 4 & 5.

Villas 1, 5 & 9 are sold.

Construction Update March 2020.

The Hilltop Clubhouse is finished and furnished.

Villas 1,2 & 3 are structurally complete with foundation, roofs and walls. We are working on the finishing details: plaster, windows, doors, flooring etc.

The walls are going up in Villas 4 & 5.
