Autumn Update

Hola from Villas El Mirador.

We have exciting construction updates to share with you.

We just did the last big cement pour of Villas 6 & 7 roofs and Villas 8 & 9 floors. The walls of Villas 8 & 9 are currently being built and next month we will pour the final floor of Villa 10 (to complete the main structure!). Once the main structure is complete we will begin finishing the interiors of Villas 1 & 9 and start construction of Villas 11 & 12.

The Hilltop Clubhouse is complete and furnished. The pool is full and waiting for you to enjoy the best view in all of Troncones. Even though the rains have subsided, the hillsides remain green and lush.

Villas 1 - 5 are structurally complete (foundation, walls and roofs). We are now working on Villas 6 & 7 and erecting the walls of Villas 8 & 9.

Villa 8 is reserved.

Villas 1, 5, 9 & 10 are sold.
